Services
An average wedding today can take approxiamately 250 hours to plan. Many couples work full time and feel overwhelmed by the planning process and that is where the wedding coordinator steps in.

Each event is handled personally by Nina. I manage only one wedding per weekend.

Several levels of service are offered at every price level. There is no set package because every wedding is unique.
You will not pay for services you do not need.

After a free consultation, you will receive a customized proposal.
If you book my services, a deposit and signed letter of agreement will secure your wedding date.

I will help you stay within your budget, take care of all the time consuming details and offer you fresh and unique ideas customized for your wedding.

Fees
The coordinator's fee should be included in the budget and not viewed as an added expense. Often a coordinator will save you money by showing you ways to get the same result and spend less.

All fees are based on contracted services rather than a percentage of your budget. Travel fees are additional. However, once I give you a quote there will be no hidden surprise fees. Weddings are full of upgrades whether you decide on the fancier linen or the more unique flowers, you will be rest assured my prices remain the same.

All of my recommendations are based on the vendors' services that suit each couple's vision and budget.

FACT: "Day of" Wedding Services (including at least a month of prep) have become extremely popular lately because most couples enjoy planning their own wedding but need someone to help pull their Wedding together, trouble shoot if needed so that their event runs smoothly. Why expect your mother or best friend to handle all the incidentals that day, when they too would like to relax and enjoy themselves without that added pressure.
